Who doesn’t love a black tie wedding?! Personally, it’s one of my all time favourites!
Inspiration
From the first time I met Jade and Alex I loved their vision for an elegant timeless wedding and boy it didn’t disappoint. Their colour palette was mainly white with a hint of blush pink.
As it was a late summer wedding we opted for seasonal flowers, which included; White o’hara roses and Royal Porcelina spray roses for the hint of blush. All the other flowers were white and included; delphiniums, dahlias, snowberries, roses, stocks as well as an abundance of foliage.
Jade’s inspiration was an image of a bouquet she had seen on pintrest. This is possibly one of the favourite images with brides and although I will never copy work I will certainly use it for inspiration.

A lot of the flowers used in this bouquet weren’t available so we used our creative skills and knowledge to produce something as close as possible.
The Bridal flowers

We created a beautiful bouquet of seasonal flowers which complimented Jade’s dress perfectly. Everything was in season with cuttings of jasmine from our garden to finish the look. The lovely Martin Dabek captured the day perfectly with his photography.

The bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning in their blush dresses, which the tones of the flowers complimented well.
The Ceremony
The wedding ceremony was held at St. Michaels & All Angels next to Eastington Park. We dressed the church with 2 large urns of flowers and tied posies of flowers on the pews.

The urns were then brought back to Eastington Park by the Groomsman to be enjoyed there and for added decoration.
Eastington Park
The first thing you see as you walk in the main doors at Eastington Park is the beautiful staircase. Jade and Alex wanted to make a real feature of this so we dressed it with a beautiful display of flowers, all of which was foam free – win, win!!

The wedding breakfast was held in the Ball Room at Eastington Park. To add more elegance and to continue with the theme, we used our beautiful gold candelabras and dressed them with flowers. Tall arrangements work well in this room due to its high ceilings.

Jade and Alex’s day was a true reflection on what they set out to achieve, ‘Classical, elegant flowers’.
