The Kingscote Barn will always be one of my favourite venues to dress, it’s timeless beauty, with stunning views and understated elegance never fails to impress.
Rebecca came with a clear vision for her wedding flowers. Simple white flowers with a wintry feel but not to be christmassy as the wedding was at the end of November. Many brides who get married in the winter months often have the same worries. We used a seasonal mix of roses, anemones, ranunculus, spray roses, wax flower and silver foliage.
The day itself was a perfect Winter day, a little on the chilly side but with amazing clear skies. Rebecca had chosen some amazing suppliers all recommend by Kingscote Barn. The lovely Chris from Fordham Hair Design was in full flow when I arrived to deliver the Bridal Bouquets. He’s a true genius when it comes to hair and a must to get in touch with if your in need of amazing hair for your wedding.
The amazing Eve Dunlop was commissioned to capture the day and as always she didn’t fail to impress! All the pictures for this post are courtesy of Eve.
To add a wintery feel to the barn, eucalyptus was used to adorn the gallery. This always works well and the smell is incredible!
Rebecca had decided to use the Candelabras provided by Kingscote Barn, but wanted some decoration on them to compliment them. We opted for a trailing ivy with rose buds.
The whole look was finished with a long and low arrangement which was used for both the ceremony and the top table.
Huge congratulations to Rebecca and Tom, it was an absolute pleasure to be part of your wedding. For more information about how we work
